Certainly! Considering God’s Creation can be used to supplement any other science program. Simply pick out the sections that apply use whatever fits in. When my oldest son was in a homeschool Biology co-op, they used a highschool textbook, but also did the notebook pages on plants, animals and humans from Considering God’s Creation.
